hello! could someone explain me, wtah going wrong with my chocolates? Why are these streaks of chocolate forming around the edges of the candy? I tried to warm up the surface with a hairdryer, before closing, and do not warm it up, the result is disappointing from time to time...

how to apply tape to the mould with such accuracy? it's 1cm tape?

how he achieve this line? any idea?
