Chilled cucumber soup w/ citrus-cured salmon. Grilled lobster w/ vanilla-grapefruit beurre blanc, grilled corn and vidalia salad, roasted new potatoes with dill. Riesling. Lots of it.

Creme Brulee ice cream. ;)
