Hello everyone, I'm Louis from Indonesia. I just graduated and got a part time job, but then got laid down during this pandemic. So I make sure to use my time by adding my knowledge. I recently read a book titled Modernist Cuisine, then I just stumbled on this forums. I hope I could learn a lot from this forum, and share some of my knowledge. I aspire to promote Indonesian cuisine to the world.
