Beyond Taste

I have been a journalist and photographer since 1980. 

I am half Italian and half French, living in Spain  for 35 years and freelance  write, predominately interviews on winemakers, chefs, product vendors  and food and wine tradefairs in Spain, Italy,  Southern France and Dubai.  

We have two married twin sons and 2 grandsons.  

Our  hobbies include "the urban" side of enjoyments, and exploring historic districts (shopping, museums, photography exhibitions)  travelling, photography,  exploring small ecological farmers agricultural lands, winery tastings, spas, reading,  and researching,  writing  and  fitness gym,  riding ferries,  seaplanes, flying,  horse and bicycle riding.
