Sorry, not that type of food centrifuge (budget reason) But we got recently the Hanil mini centrifuge Basically, it is a quick food dryer for food dehydration. The tank is stainless and the cost around $150 is okay. So far so good

I too used to get at Costco but ordered 4 lb. from italy and aged 24 months More expensive than Costco, but found it much better quality

I also have a 12-inch Lodge carbon steel skillet, recently purchased. It is pre-seasoned, excellent quality, the price is quite reasonable. Very satisfied.
