Thanks for the lovely 24-hours on this site/forums. I will not be returning after getting 3 messages from 3 different staff members telling me to edit my posts, not post what I'm posting and finally hiding my posts because they are in the wrong location (not sure why a staff member can't move threads to their appropriate location). I will find another site to share my thoughts on. PEACE!
Hi Everyone! I'm here to find and share alternatives for food allergies/food sensitivities. I'm starting with a full elimination of the following foods and hopefully over the next few months will slowly re-introduce items to see what I can tolerate and how much. This list will also help me keep track of what I can and cannot eat.
IgE Allergies: Almonds, Barley, Black Pepper/Paprika, Carrots, Garlic, Hazelnut, Lettuce, Oats, Oranges, Peanuts, White Potatoes, Rice, Rye, Scallops, Sesame Seeds, Soybeans, Tomatoes, Wheat, White/Navy Beans.
IgG Allergies: Eggs (Duck & Chicken), Egg Yolks, Dairy (Cow Only), Almonds
Other foods I'm known to react to: Pistachios, Garbanzo
