Great video, i've never tasted meat done on coals before, need to give it a try this year, preferably while the kids are at summer camp.

I had to make a chocolate martini, (mainly due to the wife) but we had to substitute the brandy for baileys, which IMO made it taste better. Credit goes to cocktail times
