    Basically, it depends on how much money you want or are willing to spend. Personally, I like Magimix and Thermomix.

    I've been having the same problem in locating ingredients. I just happened upon a site today here in Germany - so not too far away from you. The site is - http://www.mcc-shop.com. They seem to have most of everything that we'll need. Good luck!
