Hi, For the moment I insert the probe through the bag and then put the sealed bag in another bigger one that remains open (open part clip to the side of the bath to avoid water flowing in.) It is not perfect but it allows to keep an eye on how temp evolves without having to buy a probe with a seal tag. Eric
