Maltrin M100 is a maltodextrin manufactured by Grain Processing Corporation (GPC). Looking at their website (below) I discovered there is sample request section. Thanks very much for the information. I see that AUI/Texturas is not a user friendly combination for the little guy. I‚’d like to try Trisol but the $88 cost of a 4kg container make it an expensive experiment. I guess it‚’s the standard story of all monopolies.

I can't find a source for the Texturas Brand products. I‚’m specifically looking for Trisol that‚’s specified for the Crispy Halibut Cheek recipe 3-334. Can anyone suggest a source?
