I had to read up on it a bit and do trial and error, Using the flat top of your candies, you just lay the sheet on top and press down lightly and it transfers to it. Just don't press too hard!! I had to eat a couple of the first ones!! cause I smashed them.

  14. I have a buttercream filling with some premade cream filling I get from Chocoley.com. They make a lot of different flavors of fillings. I usually add some other flavorings to them. I added lemon candy flavoring to this one. Plus a little rum. and then yellow candy food coloring.

  16. I love this thread!!!, A few months ago I was checking the yard sale ads in our local paper, and spotted one that had a bowl lift Kitchen Aid stand mixer with some attachments, So hubby and I made sure to get there early and it was $125.00. I promptly picked it up and wrote her a check. I didn't really need it, since I have 2 of the smaller ones, but I make a lot of cakes and sometimes had both of the other ones in use at the same time. Plus since this one had a bigger bowl, I found I could make up to 3 recipes at time in it.
  17. Nice, I really like the bright colors. here is some of my creations from last Christmas. I hope to make some to sell this year.
