Hi, is this a paint gun or a food gun? I've come across various thread like this where paint guns just can't cope with chocolate, after all they are designed for paint. Perhaps if you are having trouble it's worth looking at the type of gun you are using and if you are working with chocolate regularly, perhaps getting a heated gun would be a better option.
