Thanks @kayb. I've cooked them for approximately 5-6 minutes, cooled them in cold water, peeled and then marinated for 1 hour in a mix of dark soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of honey, 1 small aniseed, rice wine and some water.

Stir-fried chicken with noodles, soy sauce eggs and asian greens. I'm quite happy with how my eggs turned out !

Yesterday I made chicken curry with shrimps and tomato rougaille with kafir zests

Salmon tartare with cilantro leaves and shallots.
