  1. Since alcohol evaporates quickly, usually in the early stages add dish liquid before adding to the food will absorb the taste and evaporate the alcohol itself. Alternatively, if you want more alcoholic taste, add the alcohol before the end of cooking.

Patty 1 pounds ground beef (low fat) 1 clove garlic, crushed 1 teaspoon sweet paprika Half a teaspoon of cumin 1 Cup chopped fresh parsley 1 Large onion, finely chopped A little baking soda (For tender meat) 3 tablespoons barbecue sauce 1 egg Sandwich: Couple wheat hamburger buns Tehina Ketchup Lettuce Pickle Tomato Preparation: Mix all of the ingredients for the patty together until you have a uniform texture. Create equal sized patties and place in a grill pan, or grill for about 4 minutes on each side. Place the patty on whole wheat round roll. Add tahini, ketchup, pickles, sliced tomato and lettuce as desired. Serve with a rich green salad
  3. Granola Cookies A winning combination of health and great taste, what can be better than that? CAUTION! Addictive! Served with love 1 Cup of granola 1 Cup walnuts 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans 1/2 cup flour 1/2 cup raisins 1 egg, beaten 1/2 cup honey 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 cup oil 1/4 cup brown sugar Preparation In a bowl using a mixer with a paddle attachment, mix the granola, nuts, pecans, raisins and flour. While stirring, add the egg, honey, oil, sugar and cinnamon. In a pan covered with baking paper, pour the batter into fixed molds and form 12-15 circles Bake at 160 degrees C for 30 to 35 minutes.
