The DeBuyer Pan Coating System (for the KitchenAid) looks like a great option to get started panning, BUT i'm a bit confused. Both these websites describe the attachment like they're the same, BUT they've got different pictures. Would you mind telling me the DeBuyer pan's approximate dimensions?? Basically, if it's the 16" diameter, width 9 1/4" and front opening of 9 3/8", i'll buy it today.
