About Me
I am from New England and currently live in Pennsylvania. I am a cook/chef inspired by some greats (thomas keller, Grant Achatz, charlie trotter, etc. ) I am young and looking to do some staging at the best of the best. Molecular gastronomy is my fantasy/fascination and a good deal of my motivation. There is just something about creating and recreating a dish or even a single ingredient into something different, unique, something its not... but then it is. This has been my passion since I was younger.
I have come to egullet to help learn more about the things I may need, the knowledge I do not have, and networking with people from all over the country.
My goal is to be the best I can be and chaise down the greats.
