I am a single mom in St. Louis who lost her job and decided to go to culinary school. I attend L'Ecole Culinaire and will graduate next year right after my daughter does. I just started my first culinary job at a wine bar in St. Louis. I hope to find a cool job in an exciting place next fall to distract me so I don't have time to be depressed about my empty nest. I want to travel with my work.
