  1. There's a great bar in Glendale CA called Neat that serves top shelf spirits (wait for it....) neat with a fancy chaser. I had Ron zacapa grand reserve paired with Fentimens Dandelion that I thought was a knock out combo! Would recommend.
  2. Dr. Gourmet claims that eating 100 grams of peach pits in a single sitting is bad for you and should be verboten. I believe the Imbibe recipe called for 20 peach pits, about 10 grams each. So, using that math, drinking half the bottle would be a bad (if delicious) idea http://www.drgourmet.com/askdrgourmet/peachpits.shtml
  3. I just tried this tonight and it's excellent! The cynar plays great with the tonic, which I was a little skeptical about. Great drink
  4. Ha! That cracked me up... While reading through the thread, I was also reminded of something else... The Sour Toe from Dawson City: Of no value to the integrity of the Yukon Jack whiskey, and certainly not aiding the five senses. In fact, i'd say the antithesis of the flower mentioned earlier. But there it is... In typical fashion, when people start talking about lovely garnishes, my mind immediately moves on to the snakes wines of Vietnam, etc
