  1. You want good Chinese ribs in Vegas...you gotta go to Sam Woo's Barbeque. It is located on Spring Mountain in Chinatown in the Ranch 99 Market parking lot. I believe the nearest cross street is Spring Mountain and Arville. It is a small restaurant that does offer take out or dine-in. This is a traditional chinese bbq place so it will likely taste different that what you had at Sunset Station--and by different, hopefully it will be better. I really enjoy this place. They have all the Chinese bbq items you could think of...including roast ducks hanging in the window...and all prepared the traditional way. As for take home from buffets, you won't find any buffet within LV casinos that offers take home. For starters, the idea of a buffet is the fact that you are to be lured to the casino for good buffet food and eat it there....get full...then go and gamble. If you are able to take food home, the entire reasoning for the buffet is shot! Also, there is a HUGE LIABILITY in letting people take food home. The food at casinos sits out for a given amount of time, and has a maximum time that it can safely sit before being thrown away. Let's say their mashed potatoes are only safe to eat within 4 hours of being set out on the line. If at the end of the 4 hours there are potatoes left to eat, the buffet will throw them away since the likelihood of getting a food born illness is likely. Now let's say a person comes in and wants to take food home--they get some potatoes after sitting out for 3hours and 45 minutes. A person taking food out of the casino is likely not going to be eating the food in the car. Thus, the potatoes get eaten well BEYOND the 4 hour maximum...the person gets sick...blames the casino...BAM! Lawsuit at worst and negative feedback from the customer at minimum. You will find free standing buffets in town that do offer take home. But these are usually places that offer both an all you can eat buffet AND an ala carte menu. If you order food to go, they will prepare it in the kitchen and not load you up with the food from the buffet line. But caisno buffets, due to the TREMENDOUS NUMBERS that they serve every day...the kitchens are not equipped to handle single serve-to-order foods, and again the buffets will not risk giving buffet food off of the line. I hope that helps.
