I am an accidental Chocolotier. My family has been involved in the food industry for over 4 generations. My resume includes a variety of occupations including: Administrative Law Judge, Housekeeper, Home Remodeling Contractor, Mr. Mom, Unemployment Adjudicator and Human Resource Director. I have been introduced to the Chocolate Industry as the result of an un-scruplious business partner who has since departed the company and may be starting a new career as a prison inmate. She just happened to be the chocolate expert, now it is up to me.
