In Vilamoura behind the new Hilton i tried last october WILLIE's. A nice villa with 10 tables, only dinners. The owner and cooker is german. One michelin star. Almancil and quinta do Lago have several good restaurants. My prefered is Henrique Leis. I think also one star. In the marina of Vilamoura there's plenty of restaurants good for a lunch. No recomendation. A little north ( 10 Km from Vilamoura, 3 Km from Loulé ) are one of my pefrered restaurants in the area Casa Paixanito. Lots of "entradas TAPAs Nuno

I´m working in a new online guide. The ideal guide for me would take the opinion from verified individuals, combined with some visits by a anonymous inspector for the high end restaurant and random visits for the lower end. Put a "michelin star" on "zagat rate". There are some sites like buenos aires (http://www.guiaoleo.com.ar/ ) and a vancouver (http://www.dinehere.ca/) that show the first partof our work. What do you expect from a anonymous inspector? More information? More rating? A diferent weigth on the average? I´m looking for some european markets Thanks for your opinion Nuno Leitão
