I turn 20 in September and I've been baking since I was 13. I love making things look pretty and most of the time, I'm never satisfied with anything I've made. (I blame that on my personality type - INTP. We're hard asses)

I have no professional training and I'm entirely self taught. I'd love to refine my skills at Le Cordon Bleu someday, though.
