  1. Microwave = bad Even the oven dries them out a bit. They must be consumed right after you buy them. Hope you enjoy the Clucker. Try the honey hickory. (I wish I lived close enough for them to deliver).
  2. Here's a nice one from a place I like in Jersey Cafe Matisse . I recommend it to anyone in the Rutherford area (near Giants Stadium). Excellent seasonal menus and they don't overcharge for the wine (separate wine shop in the front, as it's BYO).
  3. Concerning th El Bulli website (elbulli.com), I was very interested in checking it out after I read about it in the "greatest chefs" thread. However, even after clicking on "english" many times, everything comes up in spanish. I can't seem to find any info in english. Am I missing something?
  4. I've seen Pluck U in the city and it is definitely NOT the same company as Cluck-U (I think it's a knock-off). I've also had Thai style wings, which were pretty good, at the Lemongrass Grill, but I don't think that qualifies as a major restaurant. I've seen Kinara mentioned a couple of other times on the board, sounds like a place to check into.
  5. Charles Chips are available in the tin again. They are all over Jersey and some parts on NY. They are distributed by Hillside Snack Foods in North Arlington, NJ (who also carry the Terra chips and the new Frites, which are also pretty good).
  6. My friends and I are huge wing fans and this has been an ongoing discussion for quite some time now. For my money, it's Cluck-U in Jersey City. There are other locations, such as the Rutgers campus in New Brunswick, but Jersey City seems to be the best. Others claim that Hooters, Bazookas, and even the wings at the Outback take the prize. They don't seem to meaure up to the size, texture, and wing sauce of Cluck-U in my opinion. I'd highly recommend them to anyone who hasn't tried them. They even have a sauce called nuclear fusion, which has made grown men cry (myself included). Any other ideas? I'd love to try some new places.
