Born and raised in Oregon, spent some time in Maine, where we ran a small "Mom 'n Pop" grocery, and wound up in Minnesota, where my husband has a lot of family. My love of food and cooking comes from my mom's kitchen, where I was "helping" her from age 6 or so.
