Born and raised in Hong Kong to expatriate parents - my mother is 3rd Generation colonial! Living in London with a business that takes me to Hong Kong and China at least once a year - and I never forget my camera when going to a restaurant... I run an antiques and design business called Altfield. I do 99% of all the cooking at home and can cook reasonable Chinese, Thai and Indian food, plus the standard European fare - my beef stroganoff is to die for and I have 3 different recipes depending on my mood!
