Really Cheap 6" chefs knife. I've had this thing for ages, it doesn't really keep an edge, but I can get it sharp and it fits my hand. Henkels 4 Star paring knife Victorinox paring knife.
  2. I have the lee valley 4000 and a lobster brand 1000 and use both on my knives. mostly I just use the 1000 and a strop, may as well order some of the green compound from lee valley while you're at it
  3. I made this Pineapple Salsa to go with some pork, but I grilled the pineapple before I diced it. It was pretty damn good, too.
  4. Rice, lamb mince and cinnamon? Maybe add some peppers, garlic and cashews too.

Kefta with Tomatoes and Eggs Serves 3 as Main Dish. 250 g lamb mince 1 onion 1 c breadcrumbs 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1 tin of chopped tomatoes 5 eggs 1 T ras el hanout fresh coriander parsley finely chop the onion and mix with the lamb mince, breadcrumbs, cinnamon, parsley and 1 egg. add salt and pepper. make 12 meatballs heat some olive oil in a pan, saute the meatballs until they are cooked. add the tomatoes and ras el hanout to the pan, simmer for 3 minutes. Make some spaces, and drop the 4 eggs in. cover the pan until the eggs are set (not too set, or the yolks won't be runny and the egullet gods will smite you) Keywords: Lamb, Easy, African ( RG1843 )
