  1. Thank you. I have an upright freezer and it is full. So I 've run out of space. And I do no thave space for another freezer. I need space to freeze/keep gelato.

  7. How best should I store spun sugar creations? I need to make them ahead of time. Maybe a week ahead of time. Is there anyway I can store them so they dont melt? Also my spun sugar nests will be sold outside in a farmers market. Is there anyway to keep them from melting?
  8. I'd like to make some simple spun sugar nests/crowns to go atop some cakes. Can I make these spun sugar nests now, freeze them. and when the time is right take them out and let them defrost at room temperature? Or will this ruin my nests?
