Again, full agreement from me - often had a better meal here than at some 2 star places like The Square. The only thing that could pose a slight risk is that Mark Seargent wont be looking after the kitchen as he is on his honeymoon at the mo, but the guys in the kitchens are all so good that this is a rather benign risk.
