About Me
My second career is chocolate. I am a graduate of L'Academie de Cuisine's culinary career program in 2001, worked in restaurants, catering, personal cheffing, and finally chocolate in the Washington DC area. We moved to Ecuador in May of 2007 to start a chocolate business with my Ecuadorian wife and two kids. We are aiming to export to the US in the coming months. I ran chocolate operations for Chocxo in Irvine, CA for a year before implosion, and now own Oso Goloso Chocolate and do consulting.
