Deciding at age 7 he would be a Chef he enjoys creating a high quality culinary multi-sense experience for his clients. Brian has been in the industry for 17 years, and received culinary training at Penn State University. His weekly Personal Chef Services are what he calls a "lifestyle solution" and the greatest answer to the question "what's for dinner?” for busy professionals. He specializes in bold world cuisine that juxtaposes flavors and textures in his “interactive dinner parties”; focused on healthy preparations using local and/or all natural and/or organic products when ever possible. He is a member of Slow Food and his cooking is described as, “A Global Flavor Lexicon” by Elaine Cicora of Scene magazine. Brian enjoys his craft and is an expert at Fusion cooking, and is considered a Chameleon in the kitchen demonstrating many styles and techniques. He actively participates in charity fund raising events such as the Chef’s Fantasy for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and various other not-for-profit organizations. He has written many articles for Balanced Living Magazine, and is recognized as one of Cleveland’s premier Chefs receiving awards and media recognition for his culinary talent. with his family, Wife Jennifer and
Sons Aiden (4) Logan (9) who has autism.
