About Me
Born and raised just about everywhere about two years at a time, I can reasonably call many places home but Japan, Hawai'i and Ann Arbor probably hold the strongest claims.
Since 1996, you'll find me hanging out along the left-hand side of Tokyo near the banks of the Tama river.
Increasingly find myself dabbling (with mixed success) on the production side of things but for now, my main relationship with food is in the area of appreciation and consumption.
