Let's see... I grew up in Green Bay, WI, lived in Vegas for 8 years, then decided to go to culinary school in Orlando. I have never worked in a kitchen (except a bar kitchen...does that count?).

I am still trying to figure out what it is I want to do with my education. I am drawn to the creative aspect of food--presentations, carvings, etc.
