Quinones really is first rate. I've had the pleasure of dining there twice, and both times were top-notch. This is my new special-occasion restaurant in Atlanta. Excellent food, service and atmosphere! It's a shame you won't be here on a Monday or Tuesday night, the tasting menu at One.Midtown is the best value in Atlanta dining right now.
