I don't know the pastry space BUT I am curious. She did close her bistro on quarry st.   5. groung beef High Quality top round trimmed of all fat mustard, egg yolk, ketchup, worchestire, caper, shallot, cornichon, parsley in food processor chop cornichon, caper, parsley and mustard. place egg yolk and meat in a bowl and mix with salt and pepper. Add a touch of mustard, tabasco and a little ketchup. Then mixin the cornichon paste. good luck!

  7. We were in St. Maartin on a Family Vacation From 9/11-9/19 which would account for the lack of action on Sat night. If anyone wants real information of what the sale of the business includes, please call the restaurant.     Milk Braise

    marinate the meat in milk that is steeped with spices and herbs. Then disregard the marinade and braise the meat in stock. The marinade adds flavor and tenderizes the meat but should not be used to try and make a final sauce. It works well with pork and game meat as well.
