He Chufi, Back to work hmmm... Avoiding mine by looking at your pics ;-) While I was scrolling through them and since I know a bit about your eating habits (yep, I'm one of the lucky one's who lives in Amsterdam, am a friend of Chufi and therefore sometimes have dinner with her) I was wondering: haven't you OD'ed on the sauces over there? After having eaten this cake at Chufi's I just had to make it myself; The Greek Orange and Honey Syrup Cake with Yoghurt and Pistachios. It's a stayer!

As a witness I can assure you all Klary's puffs were great; even the biggest (talking) mouths were silent for a few seconds, only to mumble 'mjum' Great dinner, lovely evening!

I'm afraid I'm going to make a lot of people jealous around here but I was one of the 24 actually eating the dinner Chufi served Each year this is one of the highlights of the winterseason for us, the Chufi dinner in februari. Each year it is amazing. Yesterday was absolutely fabulous! Thanks again Chufi! I gladly open the doors to your balcony (the temporary fridge for all the food) for you next time again
