About Me
I have been cooking pretty seriously for 23 years and have cooked professionally in two restaurants; "The Venue" in Kansas City under Dennis Kaniger and "The Marsh Tavern" in Manchester, Vermont under Brian Aspell.
My primary interest has always been French cuisine but in the last few years I have fallen in love with Italian food especially the Piemonte region. Also, because I lived in the Middle East for many years, I have a strong interest in Arabic and Indian cuisines.
