Yes, they are scrumptious looking. Thank you for the recipe. I love Cook's Ilustrated. I wish they would do the same format only with just all pastries. Wouldn't that be Awesome???!!!!!

And I'm going to make it worse.... They are soooo good. I flavor them with vanilla and almond in the cookie and then flavor the glaze with almond. I underbake (which I know you like) so the cookie is softer and melts in your mouth.... And you can't stop at one!! ← if you are going to tease us, Josette, how about the recipe for those cookies!

Thanks, i am not sure what an icing pen is. is it the same as the wilton color markers? i tried those and the tips aren't fine enough.

Anybody got any ideas? Used raspberry puree to make these and they came out great. Cut them in heart shape. i thought it would be cute if you could make them into conversation hearts , but i don't know how you would put the phrases on?!!
