Yay! I just joined eGullet because I've been reading all the posts about PF+W and I had to join in. Sarma, you sound like the coolest chick I've never met! I can't wait to meet you. I stopped at the takeaway place on my way home today and I tried the almond brittle and sour cherry ice creams. Omigod they were so amazing. I bought a pint of the almond brittle. You've answered my prayers. I don't eat dairy or soy, and the most of the non-dairy ice creams have so many preservatives and stabilizers and junk in them. Before you opened PF+W I had been bitching about why someone couldn't make a nut milk or coconut milk ice cream and sell it pints. Thank you, Sarma. You rock. Emily
