I learned about Montignac before two months and bought his book immediately. I have lost 4,5 kilos in six weeks. But I have some questions: 1) May I eat melons, watermelons, and figs? 2) What about kefir? 3) Until now, I use to eat cheeses with 0%-4% fats. Can I eat cheeses with more fats if my meal includes lipids? Thank you all.
