Stephen is a sommelier, wine, restaurant, and bar consultant. He has worked in Vancouver and London in the wine and restaurant trade. He currently writes a trade newsletter ABV Alcohol by Volume as well as teaches wine and food courses to the public and trade as well as developing wine lists and staff training for restaurants. He was one of the first managers and wine buyers for two of B.C.'s first private wine shops. He spends his time between Vancouver, London, and Spain.
