this is unacceptable. they could have easily made the taco true to its form. aside from skipping steps (corn husk and pico de gallo!?) i am highly suspicious of the contents being that they described one step on the site as being, "The perisia crepe filled with egg, rierre, murguese sausage and portabello mushrooms." i doubt they were able to find "rierre" cheese and "murquese" sausage to go in their "perisia" crepe. i bet the cheese on that crepe is the same one they used in a previous step! and who knows if it's even monteray jack, could be white american for all we know. also, where's the mushroom?! <img src= "http://badeyetwins.com/dee/nomushroom.JPG"> NO MUSHROOM!
