I am searching earnestly for a recipe for those jelly-type centers you find in chocolate assortment boxes. I recently completed my chocolatier certification and want to make my own jelly centers for enrobbing, but can not find the recipe. If anyone has this recipe or an idea of where to search, or maybe a different name for this product, I would be most appreciative. Thanks, April
