I come to eGullet with one culinary qualification - an appetite � an appetite that since being let loose in Vancouver, BC has diminished my bank account at about the same rate it has increased my waistline. I'm a Certified Kitchen Designer (CKD) by trade, and use my love of cooking to help design better kitchens, and my understanding of kitchen design to become a better cook. When not at the drawing board or reading eGullet, I enjoys time with my wife, two sons, and two Jack Russell Terriers. I'm an avid beach volleyball player, cyclist and traveller.
