I worked a few years in Tampa (basic instructing, some craft bartending instruction - mostly for business owners)
Starting point - Last full 3 month 310 hour trade school curriculum taught in America. The courses were banned by M.A.D.D. when they lobbied congress in 1979 stopping all student loan funding. All that was left were the 30 & 40 hour "intro to bartending/home bartending" low cost quick banquet type bartending courses.
One below Proctor's. ServSafe is hard to communicate with - I had a sponsor attempting to work with me to get the Proctor's certification but twice they didn't contact anyone back. Working on it.
My regulation measure home bar build during COVID - I'm not a big drinker, but it's there for entertaining guests, R&D, and any video instruction/production I may choose to do.
