Can anyone tell me where I can find edible gold dust in NY, or online, and how much it usually costs? Also, is there such a thing as edible platinum?

Edible gold

You want to look for Dauvet Powder Gold - Edible Gold Powder or any of their edible leaf or flake golds.... they have a lot of inedible products as well so make sure you're getting the right stuff.

As for edible platinum, no.... I doubt that'd be possible.

Edited to fix the link.

I've seen them at Sur La Table over here in the Bay Area. I would imagine it's available at your local Sur La Table or online. Silver is also available. I haven't done a price comparison so I don't know if the prices are good or not.
