Greensburg, PA

I am out in Greensburg, PA quite often and can't find a good place to eat - any recomendations eithe rin Greensburg or the surrounding area? When I say surrounding area, I'd rather not have to drive to Pittsburgh! Thanks!

I really hate to tell you this but if there was ever a good restaurant dead zone your in it.

My better half is from Mt Pleasant which is very close to Greensburg and I've spent over twenty years looking for a decent place without much luck.

Other then a bunch of chains around the Westgate mall area there is not much else.

Would love to hear if you find anything for I no longer have to take my mother.in.law to the Olive Garden. Who am I kidding, she loves the Olive Garden.

I have been to that Olive Garden - I have actually found good mexican food on Route 30 in Greensburg - unfortunately I can not recall the name of the place, but it is on the opposite side of the road of the mall towards Olive Garden...kinda hidden, but good

Also I will double check with my sister in law tomorrow and see if she can recommend anything or something new I've not heard about.

Just passed Dean's yesterday on the way home and thought about stopping but decided not too.

Its been a few years sense I been there and I believe it was for breakfast and I don't recall to much about it, which may be a good sign.

When I was out in Greensburg, PA I came across a delicious Italian Restaurant in New Stanton, PA. The place is called Paganos - it is a little Italian Place, that has delicious home cooked food - the sicilian sauce is absolutely amazing. Definitely try this place and let me know what you think - you will not be disapointed. Here is the info:
