Just to once again whet everyone's appetite.

That's by far the best thing they serve at the festival. And it's not that the other stuff is bad. It's just the lamb is that good. I hope they aren't too slow cooking it tomorrow. Last year (maybe with tthe rain?) the stuff was not ready until 1 PM or so and I had to wait (and eat gyros). By the time I downed the lamb I was almost down for the count...
