Aha. Andrea Sottimano has just posted a 'hallo' at 8 am my time, which would be about 5 pm his time, I think. Will his evening replies be reviewed and posted today?

Andrea is very much a hands on winemaker and is the vineyards most of the day - working not supervising. He will be responding to questions early in the morning or after work his time that is 6 hours ahead of Eastern time.
