I just bought some blowfish at Agata&V. because they looked great. I have never eaten or cooked these fish. The 2 people that i'm going to be serving these to are not excited by eating blowfish due to the poisin threat.

anyone cooked or eaten these fish? is what is available in NYC really blowfish?

google says one must be a trained professional to serve blowfish
