Rosemary, Baby

Serves 1.

  • 3 oz rosemary-infused vodka
  • 1/2 oz Lillet blanc
  • 1/2 oz Cointreau

splash absinthe or absinthe-subsitute


dash orange bitters


Stir vigorously with ice, serve up in a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with orange peel.

Note: To infuse the vodka, add a handful of sprigs of fresh rosemary to your infusing vessel (preferably a wide-mouthed jar), add vodka of choice and agitate, and let sit for a day or so.
